About Joyce

Joyce has a Masters Degree in Business Engineering. She is a multi-creative, entrepreneurial person with 20 years of experience in different strategic, IT-transformation & cultural change roles in the corporate world. She gets excited by the question and challenge "how can we do things differently?". 

 

She is a strong believer that companies can only become sustainable and future-proof if they cultivate TRUST by setting clear direction & giving people what they need to see it through.

In 2019 she founded her own company INKorporate. With this, she focusses on transformation & culture change in companies by using visualisation. 

She is a strategic, purpose-driven & visual thinker. It is this combination that enables Joyce to see the bigger picture in complex situations and translate it into visual simplicity.
