By providing them with a Workplace Community toolbox with small, simple visual instructions, you give them the means to start change in an informal, accessible way. Together we choose from a range of templates or instructions that people can use themselves.

Guerilla testing : How can I (or together with a small group) test small prototypes of other behavior?
Interactive sessions : How do I start a conversation with others about the values of the company & do I get them excited to get started?
DIY Storytelling : How can I share a concrete story about values that remain authentic? e.g. DIY posters, photos, DIY videos, DIY texts & quotes, ...
Ambassadors amongst each other : How do I keep in touch with other ambassadors & do we keep stimulating each other to try new things? Create informal settings such as value cafes, change buddies, etc. where people feel relaxed to share information.
Change Branding tools : What images & logos can I use when I do something? Make it rebellious, it will certainly draw attention to the general communication.
Finding the right ambassadors
Not all employees will work with your toolbox. And not everyone has the same effect on colleagues to get started with this. If you manage to identify the 5% largest 'informal' influencers within your organization, you have found a very big lever for culture change. I help you map out these ambassadors within your organization and then work out a plan to get started with them.
